EPG questions
What does EPG mean?
EPG means Electronic Program Guide. It displays program names, times and schedule information when valid guide data is supplied.
Why do channels work while the guide is empty?
Stream access and guide information are separate. The provider may supply streams without complete or currently available EPG data.
Does an M3U playlist always include EPG?
No. An M3U setup may require a separate XMLTV or EPG URL supplied by the authorized provider.
What information should I send to support?
Send the device, application version, login method and the exact error message. Never send passwords or playlist URLs publicly.
