The selected source must actually be available in 4K.

The subscription must include access to that source.

Player support
The application must support the resolution and codec.

Capable device
The streaming hardware must decode 4K smoothly.

4K display
The television or monitor must accept a 4K signal.

Stable network
The connection must sustain the stream without repeated drops.
